How long a payout really takes
Mrpacho states withdrawal requests are processed within 96 business hours after submission, or 96 business hours after the last withdrawal was paid out. The financial department works 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday – meaning weekend requests sit idle until Monday morning. A maximum of 3 pending withdrawals are allowed on the account at any one time.
In practice: a withdrawal requested late Friday could spend the entire weekend plus four working days in the queue. The 96-hour window is the operator's stated processing time, not the end-to-end duration – banking delays and verification add to the total.
What the wait depends on: whether documents have already been provided, the time of day you request (outside business hours pushes it to the next working session), and which day of the week. A Tuesday morning request clears faster than a Thursday evening one.
What you can deposit with
The operator accepts 13 currencies: EUR, USD, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD, CHF, ZAR, INR and CLP. Payment methods are described in general terms – credit and debit cards, bank transfer and e-wallets – but the terms do not name specific brands or coins.
The maximum deposit is set at the operator's discretion. Minimum deposit amounts are not published.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Log in to your account and navigate to the cashier section.
- Select the withdrawal option and choose your payout method from the available routes.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, staying within your account's limit tier.
- Submit the request – it enters the pending queue and counts toward your 3-withdrawal cap.
- If this is your first withdrawal, or the operator requests it, provide identity documents before processing begins.
The request sits in pending status during the 96-hour processing window. You cannot cancel it once submitted unless you contact support within that period.
Limits by VIP level
Withdrawal ceilings are tied to your account's VIP tier, which is determined by activity during the 90 days prior to a withdrawal request. An inactive month automatically drops you to Level 1.
| Level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 500 EUR | 500 EUR | 7,000 EUR |
| Level 2 | 1,000 EUR | 1,000 EUR | 25,000 EUR |
| Level 3 | 1,000 EUR | 3,000 EUR | 30,000 EUR |
| Level 4 | 1,500 EUR | 4,000 EUR | 50,000 EUR |
| Level 5 | 1,700 EUR | 5,000 EUR | 75,000 EUR |
Example: a Level 1 player who deposits 600 EUR and wins can only withdraw 500 EUR per request. The remaining balance requires a second withdrawal, which counts as another of the 3 allowed pending requests.
Fees and unusual charges
Rollover requirement: All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (x1) before a withdrawal is approved. If the wager falls short of the deposit amount, the operator keeps a 10% commission (minimum 0.5 EUR) as payment expenses, or 15% if the account was funded via bank card or bank transfer.
Monthly wagering threshold: Deposited funds and subsequent winnings must meet a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 20 EUR within the calendar month of the withdrawal request. This is an uncommon condition – most operators do not require monthly wagering activity to unlock payouts.
Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made to customer support within 24 hours of the transaction.
Inactive accounts: An administration fee of 5 EUR per month is charged if the account remains inactive for 180 days.
Proving who you are
The operator may request documents to verify identity or the source of funds deposited to the account. Customer Due Diligence is triggered when required by international AML regulation, though specific monetary thresholds are not published.
What you will be asked for: certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership, and transaction histories of the payment methods used – including bank or credit/debit card statements.
You have 30 days to provide the requested documents. The operator usually verifies them within 10 days after the request is answered in full. First withdrawals are often held until verification completes.
When a payout is delayed or refused
The most common reasons: incomplete verification, funds not meeting the rollover requirement, withdrawal limits exceeded, or pending requests already at the 3-request cap. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or over a weekend are delayed by definition, not refused.
If a payout is late beyond the stated window, contact support at the email address given on the operator's own platform. Have the transaction date, amount and method ready – customer support is the only route that can check the status or act on a stuck request.
